fix: update history endpoint to correct URL from HTTP Toolkit trace

Browse Source 
Correct URL captured via HTTP Toolkit:
- Path: /apd/rah/ (not /apd/rvh/)
- Endpoint: alexa-history-records-v2 (not customer-history-records)
- Parameters: startTime and endTime only
